  Qaulified Chef, Catering department, Norwich City College. Experience in 4 ****Hotels in Switzerland, London, The Howard *****, Platja d'Aro, Park Hotel San Jorge. He directed and orchestrated several years the Birmingham police Catering service , The anniversary of Shakespeare, offered him the opportunity, as area manager with Bromwich Catering, to be part of the organization of the commemorative event, for a total of 1,500 people. Event that featured, among other guests, with several key members of the English royal family and diplomats. Based in Catalonia since 1982 he has directed several restaurants in Barcelona and Baix Emporda. Lately he has been in France, Pau, where he has become a member of "Les Chambres des Métiers et l'Artisanat"
